Cassette Mid-Floors

We use high quality cassette mid-floors in our building process. This construction process allows for the most time efficiency, is more environmentally friendly and ensures a higher level of safety for construction workers during the installation process.

GIB® Intertenancy Walls

All developments are constructed using GIB® Intertenancy Barrier Systems, a cost-effective solution that is easy and fast to install with high fire performance. Lightweight and robust, they have an STC (Sound Transmission Class) of 61, compared to the standard STC of an aerated concrete intertenancy system of 42.

Geo-specific Foundations

We ensure that our plans are fit for purpose in every region we build in. With concerns around floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters that can occur in New Zealand, it is vital that this is a key step in the development of our plans.

Intelligent Timelines

In order to deliver townhouses to our clients as efficiently as possible, we have steps that we take to ensure our consents and compliances are in place as soon as we need them. For example, we pour our driveways early in the build process which allows us to gain consent in a more timely manner.

Warm and Dry Homes

We ensure that all homes meet the healthy home standards with double glazing and superior insultation. We use Pink Batts, and also install a heat pump into every home to help keep our townhouses warm in winter and cool in summer.
