      We use high quality cassette mid-floors in our building process. This construction process allows for the most time efficiency, is more environmentally friendly and ensures a higher level of safety for construction workers during the installation process.

      GIB® Intertenancy Walls

      All developments are constructed using GIB® Intertenancy Barrier Systems, a cost-effective solution that is easy and fast to install with high fire performance. Lightweight and robust, they have an STC (Sound Transmission Class) of 61, compared to the standard STC of an aerated concrete intertenancy system of 42.

      We ensure that our plans are fit for purpose in every region we build in. With concerns around floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters that can occur in New Zealand, it is vital that this is a key step in the development of our plans.
